Cheryl Cochran

Supervisor of School Nutrition Program

Cheryl Cochran graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a B.S. degree in Home Economics Education and endorsements in Occupational Food Management, Kindergarten and Elementary Education. She also has a master’s degree in Administration and Supervision from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN.

For the first 11 years of her education career, Ms. Cochran taught both home economics and food management at Hardin County High School. For the last 22 years, she has served as the School Nutrition Program Director for Hardin County Schools. Along with a team of roughly sixty dedicated staff members, she serves approximately 1,600 breakfast meals, 3,460 lunch meals and 200 afterschool snacks daily to students in Hardin County Schools.
